Leaadscoring - "the expressioon value is missing"

Hello,

we have set up a Leadscoring-Modell. After "check for error" i got 3 messages with "The expression value is missing". I am aware wich are missing.

I added three screeshots. I dont know wich value would be right in the fields. The language is german. I choosed the entity, the "Field" is filled automaticly and i havent changed anything.

What is the missing expression value for

1) Email clicked

2) Email opened

3) Email forwarded

I hope you understand my problem and have an easy solution for this. I am looking forward to update my leadscoring model

Best regards

Mario

As Neil's suggested you should remove the expressions you are not using by clicking the x. if you do intend to use them you will need to specify the full expression with the property and value you are checking for.

    Hey Mario,

My German isn't as good as it was back in high-school, but I think I understand your screenshots. ;) You are indeed missing the expression. There are 2 options for this. Either add an expression or remove it. In your first screenshot your expression is "e-mail-adresse verwendet" = nothing. This means that you should select an email for which you want to give points if it is clicked. However, if you want to give points for every email that is clicked, you can just remove the expression by clicking the 'cross' after "ausdruck 1". This also applies for your other screenshots. You for example get the error because you give points for a forwarded email, but you don't have a value for 'besuchsdauer' (doesn't make sense anyway). So in this case you would just remove the "ausdruck"/expression again.

    Hope this makes sense ;)
