Hi
We are using the Dynamics App for Outlook. Some of our Outlook emails have been tracked and appear as an Activity in our CRM system regarding a specific Contact.
1) We do not want these emails to appear in our CRM system. What is the best way to remove these emails, so that they are not deleted in Outlook?
2) I tried deleting an email Activity in CRM as a test. When opening the Dynamics App for Outlook, and I find the specific email, that email still shows as tracked (and regarding the person/Contact the email was sent to). How can we remove the "tracking option" for the specific email (without having to go through every email)?
Thank you,

Hi Andreas,
If you want to disable email sync from Outlook to CRM, go to Settings > Email Configuration > Mailboxes, open the mailbox information window, select None on Incoming Email.
1) Go to Activities, select All Emails, select the emails you want to delete, and click the Delete button on the function bar to delete them.
In addition, you could also use the bulk delete or Advanced Find feature.
2) Deleting emails in CRM does not affect the tracking of D365 App for Outlook. Canceling the tracking of D365 App for Outlook will automatically delete the emails in CRM.
Untracking emails in D365 App for Outlook cannot be bulk operated, so you could only manually untracking one by one.

Hope this helps.
