Import Notes Error

Hello there!

I don't undestand what matters....but first I'll tell you What I've made before...

(1) Because I don't have permition (that was weird.... or the Notes don't have a "section") I use <Adv Search> and extract all Notes relationated with Accounts (Include all fields).

(2) When I enter to "Import Templates" > "Notes" I got a Excel that should the templato of notes to import, but I've looked that it was "incomplete" (the template only has Tittle+Name+Owner+Description). So I repeat (1) in the new version and get this.

(3) I add informations about 1 note. For try if it work or not.

(4) I enter in "Import Data Center", add the xsl and get it.

How you can look, it don't provide another information (edit fields to import or any).

(5) Press Send/Enviar and got error:

I get this error if I let (or not) duplicates, so... I don't know what matters...

Any can tell me where is my error?

PD: When I'm importing I don't look that it call the "Account", so.... how the note relationated with his account?? It's the main reason of why I imported 1 Note (Account: Keysard S.A).

    A rough English translation of the error is "this field is assigned more than once, remove the duplicate assignments, and then import this data assignment again".

    It is possible that the error is due to duplicate columns in the Excel document.

    Jejeje I got the error in the excel, there was a error in saved the excel and somes colums don't get names ("   "), and it make the "duplicated"
