eConnect MessageQueue is not working properly

Hi Guys,

I have configured the Settings in EConnectOutgoingServices.exe ( File path : C:/Program files/Dynamics/eConnect12.0/Services/ ) and Requester tool.It is working fine in as expected when i update any Item in GP , i am getting the eConnect XML in eConnect_outgoing Queue in Computer Management. But some times it is not working ,i did not get any xml data in eConnect_outgoing Queue in Computer Management .

Can any one suggest on this or am i miss any thing here ?.
