Move customized dashboard from sandbox to production

Hello,

My name is harish. Our dept  just installed MS Dynamic CRM 2015 about 4 months ago. I am just learning how to use it. The sandbox for crm2015 was created. I created several dashboards and views. I tested them and works fine but I do not know how to move the dashboards & views created in sandbox to production server. I tried to google it and read through ebook for crm. I could not find my answer. How do I transfer the above items from sandbox to production?

Please keep in mind  I am still new to crm but learning everyday. It is great so far.

    Hi,

    Have you tried exporting a solution containing required components and importing it to the desired location?

    Hi Harish,

    You need to understand Solution (Solution is a way to package your customization under single unit and transfer it from one environment to another), there is more to learn about solution apart from this simple definition. You can start from here:

    www.youtube.com/watch

    So you need to add your customization to this solution and export it from your sandbox environment and need to take to your production.

    Also you need to understand difference between personal and system dashboard.
