Dynamics 2016 - Security Role to Approve Emails

I need to create a separate security role to allow some users to approve emails for mailboxes. I have enabled 'Approve Email for Users or Queues' under Miscellaneous Privileges in the Business Management Tab, but no joy. I have also enabled Mailbox and User Settings, but still not working.

Can someone advise what I'm missing?

Hi Lelly,

Navigate to Settings --> Security --> Administration --> System Settings.

If the check boxes for "Process email only for approved users" or "Process emails only for approved queues" is checked then Admin need to approve the email address when your create each records of user or queue.

Hi Lesley,

I'm not sure if you ever found resolution to this issue. If you haven't, can you confirm if this is on-premise vs online. For online implementations, the user must be an Office 365 global administrator.
