Hi
Can the Disposition Code be changed after registration of the goods being returned? Or would I need to reverse the registration before changing this code?

If registration means invoiced has done with disposition code, you cannot see return order in Sales & marketing UI until you are not reversing. on the basis of disposition code and DispositionAction system triggering different logic. If you are changing through back-end it should not be good practice.
No - registration is a pre-receipt step that brings the item into on-hand stock.
If the Registration requirements check box is selected in the Item model groups form, an item receipt must be registered before the product receipt for the item is updated.
At this registration stage I'm forced into entering a disposition code.
You can change until it is not part of financial transaction.
OK - but am I correct in thinking I need to reverse the registration - then change my disposition code. If so that's fine just need to think how I tell my client :)
Hi Cel, yes if you need to change the disposition code you need to deregister and reregister with the new disposition code.
