How to remove the suspended transactions in Ax 2012 R3 Retail Module

Posted on by 312

Hi Team,

Good morning all, we are having an issue in AX 2012 R3 Retail module is like,

structure is like ax -> sql -> Client

we are having a retail form & having multiple table(Table management) (t1, t2, t3 etc..),  customer making transactions on t1 table...  Let's suppose if he  suspend the transactions & switching to t2,  Those suspend transactions also keep appearing in main transaction of retail pos, where item is punching.

My concern is need to clear the suspend the transactions at the spot ?

here we don't have any control the forms | tables (for creating methods) ?

if we are punching the items, there is no records was found in sql ?

I'm trying to delete the trans, but no luck?

I hope, it's clear, please suggest me regarding, how to go furtherly.

Thanks,

vinaykumar.

    Hi Vinilkumar,

You should delete them in POS.
