Couple of questions here.

1. We noticed a couple of our V25 clients with the AI Bank Rec feature activated do NOT see the AI options on the bank rec screens. Any thoughts here?

2. We also found an instance where the MS Bank Account Rec with AI extension is not installed but we cannot find it on app source. Any thoughts here?

Can you search for the Copilot & AI capabilities , with in the business central?
in Copilot & AI you can configure toggle on & off AI related features.

Yes, we verified all related areas for that extension. That entry is not listed on the AI capabilities page.
