Hi Experts,

I am getting the errror message: Inventory dimension Serial number is inactive and may consequently not be specified.

when trying to complete the PUT process on a work order for items that has tracking dimension Serial number active for sales order and Capture serial number set to Picking. 

Any ideas?

    If the problem persists,it is recommend that you raise a ticket with Microsoft.
