I've searched a lot on Field Service Automation on dynamics 365 full tutorial but didn't find anything covered full cycle.
Any suggestions regarding this subject.

Neil Parkhurst wrote a Field Service User Guide that covers Field Service in depth. I think you will find it useful.

Hi,
you can get a 90 days trial from DLP if you are not a MS patner. There are few courses related to Field Service, it covers all the relevant topics.
