Financial Reports Management Reporter

Dear Microsoft Finance Community

I have a few question around using MR with D365 Finance an Operations:

1) Is there a way to send a Management Reporter report from D365's financial reporting via email with all the drill down features in tact. 

2) IS there a way to sue the MR report groups feature from D365?

3) Is there a way to email a D365 financial reporting in any format?

    Hi Michael,

    Here is a post for No 1 that shows how you can distribute financial reports. dynamicsax-fico.com/.../

    For no 2 there is no feature/menu item... inside of D365 that allows you seeing the report groups. You can possibly enter this in the report name as a workaround. Not sure if this would work in your case because an assignment to a different group would require a report name change. Anyway, something you can possibly think about as a potential workaround.

    Thank you for this solution.  

    Would like to know if you are aware of a way to preset the default print settings on FR reports when printing to PDF or even exporting to Excel.  We have tried several options and cannot determine an easy way.  

    Monthly we run all the reports via scheduler but need PDF versions to provide to management and would like all to be formatted the same way.  We are currently using a BOT to print them all into a shared network drive but inevitably we have an issue every month with it completing all of the reports.

    We would like to print/publish them all at one time with the same settings and possibly combine into one PDF.  We have screen shots in this link -
