Hi,
I get the following error when voiding a cash receipt via eConnect:
Msg 2627, Level 14, State 1, Procedure taRMUnapplyTransaction, Line 1
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PKCM20100'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CM20100'. The duplicate key value is (52072.00000, 1).
The statement has been terminated.
I'm using GP2010 and I can void the transaction directly from the GP without any errors. However the eConnect stored procedure is returning an error. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

Got it. Instead of directly using StoreProc did you try to use eConnect Sechma and see if you get error or not?Here is link : msdn.microsoft.com/.../bb625310.aspx

Thanks for your quick response Sandip.
I'm actually voiding a Cash Receipt so I'm not getting the Next Cash Receipt Number. The system has to unapply cash receipt while voiding. Error occurs when I try to pass the parameters directly for the stored proc (below)

How you provide your Next Cash Receipt Number? I think thats problem your supplying duplicate Receipt Number? Please check event viwer for more help.
