RE: Error while creating a new record.

    Hy Partner,

To isolate the issue, you can heck whether there is any plugin , workflow or any web resources registered on Save event of an entity. If yes , kindly disable them one by one and then check. This will isolate the component which is a problem.

Also while creating the record, you can record a fiddler and check which record it is trying to find while creating a record.

This will help in isolation of the problem and than you can check the logic of the same.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Ankit

    Hello Naveen,

This might be because of two reasons:

    • Temporary files in Browser: Try to clear the temp files and try to create record again.
    • Security Roles: Check if user have sufficient permission to view the records.

    Hi,

    - There might be a jscript method causing this on the form. E.g; a method is updating a lookup field with a value which is not valid in that environment.

    - There might be a plugin which updates, retrieves a record which is not valid in that environment.

    - If it is UCI, then use Classic form to see if it happens there.

    Regards,

Very initial look at the logs show, there is a possibility that your access privilege for custom entity is the issue.

Can you check and confirm if the current user has read privilege? (You would have given create previlige but read privilege might be missing).

    Please re-check.
