Unable to connect to Dynamic 365 BC - Every Morning

Hello Experts, 
Some users cannot connect to Dynamic 365 BC every morning between 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Memphis, TN, local time.
This issue is causing significant disruption to their work.
This happens to five users within the same Talent at least once a week, Using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
One user has been able to navigate the problem using the Firefox browser ( during the downtime period).
I don't know what is causing this MORNING NAGGING issue, and  I need advice on how to help them debug this issue,

    Hi, Agree with Valentin, this looks like a network problem. If BC cannot log in, it is usually the following error.
    In addition, you can use the following methods to check whether it is really a BC problem.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: View the health status and subscribe to notifications

    From the screenshot this seems more like an internet related issue rather than a Business Central issue. Are the users able to access any other websites during this time?
