Our current configuration feels flawed when attempting to move serialized items from on LP to another.
Using Mobile Device App
Example, I have 30 Serialized Items in one LP location and I want to move 10 to another LP location.
I select the license plate I want to move.
I am prompted to enter QTY and select 10
I am prompted to enter a serial number, and I select the first item serial number
--I receive an error /The quantity is not valid// --
The configuration wants me to enter Qty 1, then scan1, enter Qty 1, then scan 1, and repeat....
Ideally, we want to select QTY 10 and enter 10 consecutive serial numbers to move. The consultants who set this up doesn't have a solution.
This movement works fine with non-serialized items. So is this a tracking dimensions setup error, or not possible?
