Email From field grayed out

On CRM Online 2016 I created an SLA and SLA KPI. When the failure time is reached, I'm sending an email using an email  template.

I want to change the From field and send from a queue but the From field is grayed out.

Any ideas appreciated.

    Hi Zibba

Will it be sent from the same queue each time? If so I would recommend using a workflow to create the email based on the SLA breach, You can either set it to a static team or to the case owners team.

    Hi guys,

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, it will be sent from the same queue.

I will create a user and assign the mailbox to the user. Change the SLA owner to that user and see if it will send from that email address.
