I am in need to put a picture (that looks like a table that is 5 columns by 2 rows), onto a form.
1. Can this be done?
2. If yes, can I place the pic anywhere on the form?
3. Is there a different way to do what I want instead of inserting a pic?
Attached is the pic that I want to insert. If there is a better way to do this that I can also show the colors, please let me know.

Follow the steps in below reference to add the image web resource inside iframe of the form.

That is talking about the image by the name of the record, I do not want to do this as my image is just a general image.
You can use this trick

This is a fixed image. How would I create an image type of web resource and upload the image?
Hi USA80,
I will recommend to do using HTML web resources. You can use css or direct image to show in HTML, and put in form section. How to put HTML resource, you need to refer this link

Hi ,
If this is fixed picture you can create a Image type of web resource and upload the the image . Point the image URL into and iframe inside the form. You can put anywhere the image type of web resource inside the form.
