Dear all,

I want to enter returns against customer orders created in CPOS, for that I need to select customer orders, so i clicked on recall order operation on CPOS as below, it generated error "The application has encountered an error. Try again or contact your administrator to fix this problem. " what will be the cause, how to resolve the issue.

Check logs in event viewer, it should point you somewhere

Hi partner,

Please press F12 to open Developer tools to check the error, and can you get any error message at Retail server event log?

Suggest you to raise a ticket with Microsoft.
