Hi:
I tried using Personalize to add the Debit Amount and Credit Amount columns to the General Journals screen. But, I could not find those columns to add.
Having those two columns there would be a huge help. How do I add them?

Are you using Business Central online?

Yes, it's online.
Again, clicking Personalize/Customize is not doing any good because neither field is available to pull into General Journals.
When the fields it's not available you need to do this steps first in a sandbox and the you can implemented in production.
Did you try the same step in a Sandbox?

Hi John,
Have you checked in the General Ledger Setup that the field "Show Amounts" is set to = All Amounts? Microsoft introduced this option a while ago and until you set this to "All Amounts" you will not be able to add the columns to General Journal.
