Hi All,

I want to deactivate the Change Email page in our portals i.e. when logged in user tries to navigate to this page "https://our portal domain/Account/Manage/ChangeEmail" , they should not be able to change email. we should restrict users to change their Email.

I searched about this but couldn't find any accurate answers to solve this issue.

Any help would be grateful.

Thank You In Advance.

    Hi Samhitha,

You can try to change the "Authentication/Registration/EmailConfirmationEnabled" Site Setting to "false".

Go Portal Management > Site Setting to open it:

    Changing value to false.

    Hi Leah Ju,

    Thank you for your response.

That setting is already to set to false in our portal:

But still, If I try navigating using the url "">ourportaldomain/.../ChangeEmail" , I am able to change the email.

We want to deactivate that page.

    Thank you

    Hi Samhitha,

Maybe you can try to hide email label and change email button in current page, which also can make users can't change email though they can access page thrugh url.

    Just like following screenshot:

Go Portal Management > Content Snippet > Account/ChangeEmail/PageCopy to add following css to value.

    Note:

If you want to get current div class, you can press F12 to check it.
