Sales Order Agent Not Recognizing Attachments

I'm trying to send an order to the Sales Order Agent and the PDF is being marked as not relevant, so the agent is ignoring it. How do I go about fixing this? The PO isn't in some crazy weird format or anything and the item references, customer and contact are all in BC. This order will go through if it's typed out in the body of an email, it just won't process as a PDF. I'm having the same issue with submitting this order as a JPEG image.

    The sales order agent won't take PDF's in my experience. It's built to manage email requests using plain language. You can read more here: Sales Order Agent overview (preview) - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
     
    The general flow can be found below:
    Shows the Sales Order Agent flow
     
    You can see in the image where there is an email attachment at Step 6 to 7 (send quote) and Step 12 (send order). It won't process PDFs in an email.

    I was just missing a simple setup. It's reading the attachments now.
