Customer insights connection to AX2012

Hi I'm looking for connecting Customer Insights to AX2012

Someone some tips i can chack for succeed my request?

    Assuming it's an on-prem instance (I believe 2012 has to be), you can install a Gateway and should be able to ingest from there.  Another option is the OData connector  .  The other option you might consider is that you can write the data as .csv and mount as a Common Data Model folder.  All else being equal I think the gateway is probably the easiest approach

    Hello,

    If Dynamics AX 2012 is on-prem implementation, our recommended approach is to connect to the SQL data source using on-prem data gateways and Power Platform dataflows in Customer Insights.

    Odata can be an option too however it might slow things down with increasing data volumes.

    exporting to csv, Azure Blob etc. can be considered however that will add an extra hop to get data into CI.

    Thank you i create a gateway and it works. but one thing, the gateway must be created in powerplateform on the same environnement than Customer insights. (the only way to be detected)
