CRM Online - Login error

Hi,

I've a problem with authentication by some of our users that i created in the admin portal.

during the authentification, i got the message below:

==>You are not a member of this organization. You (my email adresse) do not belong to the organization (name of organisation). Verify the organization name and try to sign in again.

I tried with others browsers but the problem persists

    Hello,

    When did you add this user via the Admin Portal? And does this user have a valid Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement license?

    It takes a few minutes for newly added uses to sync from Office 365 into Dynamics 365. If you've only added the user recently, give it a few minutes (up to 15 minutes) and try again afterwards.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I added the users yesterday, and still now the problem persists.

    I have already assigned a valid Dynamics 365 Customer  license.

    Hi,

    Try in a In Private/Incognito browsing session. Your browser/PC may be caching the previous logon.

    Also, have you assigned at least one security role to these users.

    Hi,

    I did already. I tested with two different browsers with private mode.

    I can't assign a security role, i need first to be logged into my CRM

    Hello,

    Do you have a user with the 'Global Administrator' role or 'Dynamics 365 service administrator' role in Office 365, that you can use?

    'Global Administrator' and 'Dynamics 365 service administrator' users can always go into Dynamics 365 (CRM) regardless of their licences or security roles to do maintenance.

     

    If you find that even these users can't sign in, I recommend you create a Service Request with Microsoft.

    Hi Happyman,

    I've had this error pop up twice because of the following reasons:

    1st is that I had already signed into another Dynamics instance and tried to access another instance. This is because the browser sometimes caches the login credentials, even after its closed for less than a minute.

    2nd is because the users are not on the same security group that is associated to the Dynamics 365 instance. If you want to add them, under the admin center, navigate to the Dynamics Admin Center, select the instance that the user is struggling to access and click on the edit button. If the security group is populated, verify that the user is a member of that group. Alternatively, check under the groups area within the admin center.

    If none of the above work (I thankfully haven't come to this point), you might have to run the support and recovery assistant tool --> diagnostics.outlook.com;referralsite=d365signinarticle
