Manage Customer Visits of Outside Sales

Hi Guys,

Just to exchange experiences, someone know what is the best way to manage customer visits of outside sales? Normally they visit a lot of customer, I know that there is a appointement option on Dynamics but I am not sure if this is the best way, or use outlook integrated or also add some third part tool.

What is your opinion about it?
