I have another question. I'm trying to build a role with only Operations-Activity licence (cost around 50 $). If I check my role in the security configuration, it shows as
Am I correct in assuming this actually means the Operations-Activity licence?
Thanks
Hi Hanna,
I have split your question as you changed the topic of the original question.
If 'Operations' is mentioned, then it is an enterprise license. It could be either Finance, SCM, etc.
If you are looking for an Activity license, then the value 'Activity' should be mentioned in this field. You can view all related permissions for this role to check which resources are set to 'None', 'Team members', 'Activity', 'Operations', 'Finance', 'SCM' and some others.
Only 'None' and 'Team members' will result in a Team members license. With 'Activity' and the previous two, it will be 'Activity'. All others will have the indication for the license SKU or in case of 'Operations' it would be one of the full licenses.
I do agree the term 'Operations' is not clear. 'Enterprise' or 'Full' would be better.
