Marketing Email message appears blank in Yahoo/AOL but displays correctly in Outlook/Gmail

Heard from customers with AOL/Yahoo emails that our email was delivered in their inbox but the message was completely blank. Tested emails with Litmus and sure enough AOL/Yahoo previews are blank. Gmail, Outlook, etc. all appear normal & correct. Anyone experience something similar? Ideas on how to troubleshoot? It is only occurring with some emails - not all.
