Entity Mapping Parental

Hi I have two entities prescription and consultation i want to reflect change of two prescription fields on consultation.

The problem is i am not able to create parental relationship on consultation entity it is giving error as another relationship already exist may be because i have one another referential relationship to reflect change from consultation to prescription form.

That is i have field mapping to reflect changes from consultation to prescription and now i want another mapping for different field to reflect change from prescription to consultaion can anyone tell me how to do this as i am new to CRM

    There is not OOB way to mapping fields for reflecting changes in another entity. Someone in your dev team might have written code or Workflow to do this. Check it & add additional fields.

    If you have Quick view form to display fields from Parent lookup - then edit the QV form to include more fields.
