SEPA Direct Debit Generate Payment function gives error CUSTOM-EXCEPTION::SEPA Customer::The payment is not fully settled.

Hi all,

for a customer we have installed AX 2012 R2 with CU6 and Hotfix KB2786631.

On customer we have setup mandated and made transactions with mandateID. All data is completely setup.

Upon generating the payment AX gives error message:

"CUSTOM-EXCEPTION::SEPA Customer::The Payment is not fully settled"

Who has had this message also and what was the solution. I tried searching the internet, but no one has seemed to solve this.

Yes, we have that, too. And no solution for it yet.

And it seems to be a known issue that "might" be fixed already. Source for this information: blogs.technet.com/.../setup-sepa-direct-debit-in-ax-2012-r2.aspx

Hi Dennis,

Instaling KB2880634 (latest known SEPA hotfix) solves this problem.

support.microsoft.com/.../2880634

Next message could be: CUSTOM-EXCEPTION:: SEPA Customer:: The mandate is not specified". Therefore you have to deploy the service group AccountsReceivableServices and register the service CustPaymentServices again.
