I am working Purchase orders ,now the user want to cancel all the Purchase order which he has created,
I have the problem in canceling the PO since the list is huge I can't cancel them manually also we are using the Workflow.
We have written the Job which will perform the cancel task.
The problem we have is that due to the workflow in PO when we cancel the PO the item Qty are getting removed from the system but the ordered Qty remains unremoved in the transaction.to remove that I need to approve the workflow again.
I have disabled all the workflow but in the old PO, the workflow is not getting removed.
Can anyone tell me how to cancel the PO and the corresponding Ordered transaction?
