Hello Fiah,

Please check your voucher number series setup in the inventory and warehouse parameters form - closing voucher section.

It might be the case that this voucher series is used elsewhere, that is, also for other transactions and using a separate and possibly new voucher series might help getting this fixed.

Don't run this with users logged in processing orders that affect inventory -or other tasks running like mrp i.e. run it out of hours.

Hi Murtafiah Via,

Change the voucher number for the inventory recalculations as it has been used before. One more thing, do you have any on hand inventory adjustment created prior to recalculations? You might have to cancel that.
