Assets KPIs are not calculated

Hello Experts

I am trying to calculate asset KPIs report for all assets from (asset management > inquiries > assets > assets KPIs) but KPI figures are not calculated although there are many transactions registered and posted such as (downtime records -expense, hour and item journals- forecast )

can someone explain the reason behind this behavior? 

notes:

  1. Maintenance downtime reasons marked as (KPI include)
  2. Reference project type in project management and accounting is (internal)

    Did you set a correct period with the From date and To date fields?

    This issue has been solved.


    Symptom:
    KPI's are not working in the Asset Management Module.

    Cause:
    Setup

    Resolution:

    Make sure to set the flag "total" on Asset type to "NO"
