SL Transaction Import multiple line item problem

I am trying to import orders using transaction import to 4010000.

My orders have 1 order header and multiple line items. However when I ran the transaction import, a separate order is created for every line item. How can I create 1 order with multiple line items.

Make sure the screen is not minimized.  It seems to be an issue when the screen is set to minimized.

    Ying,

The data file will depend on how many defaults you have setup - for example, if Ship Via ID is setup on the Customer Shipping Address, then it doesn't need to be included in the data file, but, if it is not setup on the Shipping Address, it is a required field and will need to be in the data file.  As for the structure of the data file, you should be able to import a multiple line sales order with something like the following:

    Level0,,,SO, C300

    Level1,HON-672L-L,LA,1

    Level1,HON-673L-L,LA,1

    Level1,HON-674L-L,LA,1

This is a very simple example, but, this should import a sales order using the SO order type for customer C300 with 3 lines as represented by each Level1 line.

Let me know how this compares to what you are using that is not working.

    Kind regards,
