Getting this message on 4 new employees even though tax information has been entered on the tax card.

    Hi Regina,

    You could try accessing both (HR & Payroll >> Cards >> Payroll >> State Tax) and/or (HR & Payroll >> Cards >> Payroll >> Tax) make the necessary changes for the employees and then re-save them in case something was not fully saved initially.
