Since Dynamics should integrate seamlessy with other MS products, it is still unbelievable that two-way sync between Field Service Schedule Board and Outlook Calendar of Resource Bookings and Appointments is still difficult.
Or am I missing some magic configuration that enables this?
I have created Resources for all the users, enabled Server side synchronization, configured and enabled mailboxes, , enabled the 'enable appointments' in the schedule board settings, added users to the 'dynamics 365 app for outlook' role, installed the 'dynamics 365 app for outlook' for all users, checked all the synchronization filters and fields...
But still, if I create a ''Bookable Resource Booking'' on a User Resource, the booking does not appear in its Outlook Calendar, and appointments from the user's outlook calendar don't appear on the schedule board...
If the answer is ''you have to create flows to do this'', then I am really flabbergasted and I wish I would never have started promoting MS Field Service to do resource planning...
