Hide the Add new Opportunity button in Associated Opportunity View

Hi All,

Is it possible to hide the ADD NEW OPPORTUNITY button from the Opportunity Associated View?

I have a requirement to do so, please find the image below of the grid.

Any links to the solution or ways to solve them would really help me!

    It is governed by the security role. If you remove Create prov from user ,then the option will not appear.
