Hi,
If a contact has been made inactive, how can they still create a Case?
A few weeks ago, I merged 2 contacts, making one inactive but this morning, a case had been created by the inactive contact.
They both have the same email address, the only difference I can see between the 2 contacts is a gap between the area code in their phone number, so one is 012 123456 and the other is 012123456
