How do it get notification by email when user change records? *Screenshot*

I have tried to setup for notification which is when user change record /phone No in vendor/ Approver will receive notification and can approve those changes.
But error has been occurred and cannot even solve this.
Can someone please help me?
It would be much much appreciated!
