Has anyone found a permanent fix to resolve the issue with the Home Page settings not sticking?
We have run the sql script to insert the nine sections into the SY08100, but the issue keeps resurfacing.
Any other suggestions?

Hello Natalie,
This is a known issue that has been documented. I haven't heard of a fix scheduled to be released for it.
I wanted to mention another work-around that we've seen work for this issue:
If you toggle The user's Role these tables will correct themselves, and you can then customize your page.
1. Choose the Home navigation pane button, click the Customize this page link at the top of the content pane
2. Click 'Change Role' in the lower right of the screen
3. Select a new Role and click ok.
4. The user should now be able to customize their Home Page.

We found that sequence over-lap caused issues. Try running this and then repair the "broken" users.
SELECT DISTINCT USERID,COLNUMBR,SEQNUMBR,COUNT(DEX_ROW_ID)
FROM SY08100
GROUP BY USERID,COLNUMBR,SEQNUMBR
HAVING COUNT(DEX_ROW_ID)>1
