Does anyone know how to add queries for new roles in Business Portal?

Yes I added a new role in Business portal. Now I need to set up the queries to display the data based on the new role. The role is Superintendent he can do some of the things a PM can do. But may work for 3 or 4 different PM. So I need to pull his info. Have set up an ID field in Dynamics that shows the superintendents initals on the PNP page. But need to set up the pages he can access.

Do you mean that you need to add the query pages for access to these new roles? I'm assuming that you created a new Role in Business Portal administration , and you need to give access to query pages? Or do you need to give access to queries to be ran on the query pages?
