Try to right-click and "Run as Administrator".  Do you have support incidents with Microsoft?  If not, use this forum as much as needed. We are here to help.

Hi I have 2 more questions.

    1. I added a new logon but when I try to open the program it says error message. You do not have permission to open this file. Do you know how I could fix this??

    2. Is there a support team that you can recommend that could help us with our issues? The person that was here when they installed the program tells me that they do not like the support that they used to have.

If your GP reseller is worth his/her salt then the GP install package on your server should pretty much install itself. Otherwise, you could start by going into your 32 bit ODBC administrator(C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe) and looking at the DSN you are using for GP. This will tell you your GP server name.
