is it possible to store a teams' conversation into the timeline of the related record in the CRM?
to cases for me.
I want to conduct internal conversations instead of sending emails or activities but we want to see this in the timeline for the records.

Unfortunately, this is not supported by now. Timeline on support three types by now: activity, note and post.
You could submit an idea here to progress this feature:
