I have created a simple 12 mths Expenses report using CORNUS Australia Pty Ltd data. For the individual months, the figure generated are correctly. However when it comes to the last column (Total YTD), the figure is wrong.

The correct amt should be $69,191.40

The amount generated is $2534.03 (ie it takes Jan+Oct+Nov+Dec) which I can't understand. I don't know where goes wrong

Any help is much appreciated

Take a look at your column set up. See if there are any formulas that are causing it to add all those months

Hi Guys

Thanks for all the help. I managed to resolve the issue.

My issue is due to the column numbering. I renumbered to C1000 to C1012 and it works. So the answer is all columns must use a consistence numbering.
