How to Clone a record along with the attachments.

    Thank you for the response. Could you please provide with some links or any code to achieve this. My requirement is to clone a custom entity record along with the Notes and  attachments .

    Hi GPrasanna,

    I can personally suggest you to use 'Custom Action' instead of workflow for cloning functionality since you can show popup as well using custom action and js combination.

    Thank you for the response. Is it possible to clone the activities(having any attachments) of the record also while cloning using custom workflow.if so any pointers to those workflows. can't use any third party tools.

    or another option is write your own workflow activity to clone records.
