We are currently emailing from a case with a dialog box. We use a process for this with the category Dialog. See here a screenshot of the process:

In a case, a pop-up window is opened to prepare a text for an e-mail. In the process, an e-mail is drawn up (with standard salutation and signature) with the entered text in the pop-up.

We wonder what the standard way of mailing from an application is. How do you email from a case?

Hi,

You can use the "Timeline" inside of the case. (Check the images)

If it is necessary, you can create an automatic process through workflow.
