Event check-in is not getting generated on teams event joining

Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing well, currently, I am with Event planning and management in the marketing module.

In my current Scenario, I have created an event and registered some users for that event, as soon as I am going live from the host user and registered users are joining, I am not getting Event check-in information.

For joining the registered user, I am using the following team URL from the event record.

Can anyone please help me with this?

    Would you please replace the first image you provided, which is too blurry to read?

    You can paste it directly or save it and insert it as a file.

    Hi Jishnu,

    Can you please reach out to the support team, with following info:

    - orgID:

    - InstanceID

    - Event ID

    - Start time/end time of teh venet

    - Also, some registration IDs which you don't see in the system

    the above information can help us support team understand the issue better and will be able to help you out fast,
