Hello Everyone!

I have a costumer that changes the shipment day at the end of the day on orders they did not mangage to ship.

They export the orders to excel and make the changes there,

But when they do this the shipment day also changes on the lines.

And that results in /The order proposal regarding items/ is misleading/wrong.

How can we change the shipment day on several orders without this happen?

Hi, this is standard behavior and requires a little customization if you want to change it.

This cannot be avoided if you are using the Edit in Excel feature.

But if you use Configuration Package to import, you can avoid this problem without customizing.

So what is the easiest way to change the date on several orders if we are not using the edit in excel feature?

Or do we need to change them one by one to avoid the problem I mentioned?
