Hi,

Can anyone explain me very clearly how the date time field store value?What values would I get on Form and while retrieving the field in PLugins?

What if my end users have different timezones(biggest confusion)?

UTC and GMT(again confusion...)?

How to handle these fields in Plugins for different timezones?

    Just have a quick doubt:

    What if I have to set a date time field from Plugin,whether I have to set that field in UTC or Local time?How CRM will store?

    Hi - in addition to Guido's answer - my blog article on this subject might be of some help  - community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-crm-datetimes-the-last-word.aspx

    Key point - if you want full control over the datetime when you set via the SDK you can set the DateTimeKind  to UTC - this will override the local timezone conversions according to teh user's settings.
