Hope you can help me with this,
Our users working in C5 2008 have been upgraded from W7 to W10 (x86) But when they are posting out reports to Excel (we used both O365, Office 2016 x86 on W7 and W10) it just opens an "task" but not opening Excel.
For each time we try to print a report - a new Excel task is created in Task Manager, but we are unable to locate the "data" written..
If we instead posting to Word, it fine opens up word with the data in it.
If we "shut down the computer" the "wrong way" (holding power key) and start computer again, we sometime succeed to "restore" the excel data.. but this is not the right solution :-(
Are you aware on a patch how to fix this?
