Hi All,

I am getting below error when i try to open General journal report.

Path - GL --> Journals --> General journal --> Print --> Journal

Error :

I have increased the maxItemsInObjectGraph value in ax32serv.exe config file and restarted AX and SSRS reporting service. But still getting the same error.

Please suggest how to fix this issue.

Hi,

Would you check the other steps to solve mentioned in this article: “Maximum number of items that can be serialized or deserialized in an object graph is '65535'.” In Dynamics AX 2012.
